Processing of Your Personal Data - Purposes and Legal Bases
Data Processing on the Website
When you visit our website, log files are generated and stored for 30 days. This ensures the operation and security of our website. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interests).
Data Processing for Our Photography Services
We process your personal data (name, email address, phone number, wedding date, address) to fulfill the photography contract, coordinate appointments, deliver photos, and for invoicing. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (contract performance).
Online Gallery via Wfolio
To provide your photos in a password-protected online gallery, we use the service provider Wfolio. Your data (email, name) is transmitted to Wfolio, which acts as our data processor (Art. 28 GDPR). Wfolio’s privacy policy can be found here: https://wfolio.com/privacy
Marketing
If you have given us separate consent (e.g., by checking a box), we use your email address to send you information about our services and offers. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You can revoke this consent at any time by emailing kontakt@gentleframe.com.
Sharing of Data with Processors
We share your personal data with the following service providers who support us as processors according to Art. 28 GDPR:
- Wfolio: For hosting our website and providing the online photo galleries.
- Namecheap: For the registration and management of our domain gentleframe.com.
These processors only process data according to our instructions and have been checked for compliance with data protection regulations.
Storage Duration
We delete your personal data as soon as it is no longer necessary for the purpose of processing. Data from contractual relationships is kept for at least the legally required retention period (6 years according to § 257 HGB, 10 years according to § 147 AO). The photos we create are kept as part of our artistic portfolio and to fulfill warranty claims for a period of 5 years. We will delete them earlier upon explicit request.

- erasure of your data, provided no legal retention obligations oppose this,
- restrict the processing of your data,
- data portability,
- object to the processing of your data for reasons arising from your particular situation, and
